LogMeIn requires a monthly charge and the price may go higher if you want to add some of the features (e.g. file transfer) that are free with Bomgar. … The system has an impeccable up time, and the cost is affordable.

Unless the price per license on renewal was to skyrocket, I can not think of a reason not to renew. … The cost per seat is approximately the same but the added features such as collaboration, file transfer and presentations were not available from the service.

It would be nice to be able to buy standard licenses that elevated to Enterprise if someone needed that functionality and an Enterprise license was available. … Bomgar is not an expensive solution, but it's also not free.

It is not cheap, it will cost you plenty. … Our service desk, Tier 2 and Tier 3 information management teams use Bomgar Remote Support software to do a variety of things against remote PCs.
