GoldMine is used by our company to keep track of things. Using this software we can manage our customer relations in a very professional manner. It has benefited us in keeping our all emails and essential notes in one place and helped us in bypassing the risk of their loss. it has also assisted us in keeping all the contacts in one single place.

  • Keeping contacts in one place and reduces the risk of loss of contact.
  • Its email marketing feature also works very well.
  • It is professional in the management of customer relations.

GoldMine is a great and ideal tool for the management and strengthening of relations with clients. It helps us in setting reminders and we can also check our contact history using GoldMine. It has made it efficient for us to track our emails and maintain our entire information. Its price needs to be reduced.

We use GoldMine as a CRM to keep track of customers orders and email communications. This is a great tool to set automatic calls or emails to keep track of several hundred customers easily. We use GoldMine for our sales team mostly but we all have access to it to check on customer requests.

I believe GoldMine is well suited to keep track of customer contact automatically, so your customers needs are met. I also like keeping track of my emails and customer contact notes, this way I always know what they need quickly. I like to keep reminders on certain customer request or pricing for certain items. We use GoldMine in unison with Traverse for placing orders . I would love GoldMine more if they had the abilities to place orders through the app , rather than using an additional tool.

We use this with GoldMine when placing our orders, they both have there uses with in our company. We also use Zoom for automatic emails and calls, this tool is more for searching for the right contact within the companies I work with. I think GoldMine covers a lot more of my needs and [OSAS] Traverse [ERP] is just for billing purposes.

Currently, we use GoldMine for our marketing content management. This allows us to see each individual campaign and how they are performing. Analytics becomes easier and pushing the right marketing becomes more focused as we drive forward. Our Sales staff can easily provide input as to what is working and what isn't. This allows us to adjust on the fly and be successful. GoldMine [gives] us the right tools when we need them to perform at our best.

GoldMine brings some great Sales forecasting tools to the table. By using the set analytics business can properly be forecast and adjusted as new variables are added. Trends are easy to pick out once set up and running. The whole list of customization allows most businesses to make adjustments on the fly to produce better results in the field. From small operation on up GoldMine will scale to fit your needs.

GoldMine is a better overall product based on scalability, ease of use and cost effectiveness. All of the customization in GoldMine was beyond the other applications we tested and considered. Overall we believe we made the right choice based on how quickly we saw results. Our sales staff has used this tool extensively to become more agile.
