Overall Satisfaction with GoldMine
GoldMine being used by several departments in our business from the development team who contact customers to our sales team who refer to GoldMind when going into a sale with a customer. It addresses our record keeping for liaising with customers. Our BDT team can log when they call, so they aren't annoying anyone!
- Reminders for calling contacts.
- Remote access capabilities - staff can look back on notes before meeting.
- More modern design - looks a little aged.
- Easier API integration.
- Enables you to keep a good flow going with contacts without hassling them.
- Calling from within GM helps speed up our end users making them more productive.
We didn't consider any other product. We have used GoldMine for nearly 20 years and recently upgraded to the latest version. The additions being offered, like mobile and web access we very tempting for us. Before GoldMine, we used in house Databases and spreadsheets that worked initially, but once you start to have a few thousand entries, you need something like this.
