In the case of our industry HIPAA and HITECH. Especially the requirement to provide regulatory training and to some specific employees. Not only does consistency help us, generally when there are changes and/or updates they include them in their new trainings. They are up to date with regulatory changes and that helps us from a regulatory compliance perspective.
Previously we had to use several training platforms. Now we can do it from just one. Before we had to make manual reports, which was a problem because sometimes they were not exact and lent itself to errors. Now, since the reports are direct from the system, it allows for integrity in the audits, which helps to comply with what is required.
