Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Compliance Plus
We were utilizing another training solution that was not a good value or fun training solution for us. We chose to go with KnowBe4 Compliance Plus because of it allowed us to cover all of compliance training needs for HIPAA, SOC, ISO and other Federal and state required trainings. The platform was a good value and easy to use for the end user so it was an easy win for the team.

We utilized the HIPAA compliance training, GDPR, State level like California, and other locations to close our training gaps in preparation for our security certifications and possible sales expansion areas.
It was crucial for us to be able to engage our team from a single platform to ensure ease of use and getting training done in a timely manner. KnowBe4 Compliance Plus platform makes it easy to align our business goals and deliver world class training.
The quality and diversity of types of content is fantastic. Being able to deliver different kinds of training regularly made it more engaging to the end user and faster to complete. They have all the suspected types of content from video to interactive to games.
