Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Compliance Plus
In order to for our company to be SOC2 compliant, we need to know and prove our employees have been trained in certain areas. KnowBe4 allows us to complete (and track) those aspects for SOC2 compliance. We are able to pick which trainings we need, initiate them, then control and track those required trainings.

We use KnowBe4 as our employee training tool. We use it to make sure we can show evidence that everyone has participated in basic awareness training at least once during the year. The two trainings we use are both "Kevin Mitnick Security Awareness Training - 15 minutes" and "Danger Zone." KnowBe4 makes it easy to show who has and hasn't completed these trainings.
It's been much easier this year to show the completion of security trainings and SOC2 requirements because we're using KnowBe4. We had previously used "BambooHR" but it didn't have the breadth of options and a way to customize the trainings like KnowBe4 does. Now that we use KnowBe4, that aspect of SOC2 requirements is very easy to show.
Most people don't have a love of any trainings that are HR related - they just don't. But the trainings in KnowBe4 get to the point (as much as possible) and aren't so lengthy unlike others that seem like they're just trying to take up time. The trainings in KnowBe4 are simple yet cover what is necessary.
For our HR trainings, we used to use BambooHR. We still use them for onboarding and a few other things, but we now use KnowBe4 for any/all security and HR trainings. That is because KnowBe4 has many more selections of trainings and a much easier way to track who has and hasn't completed them. You get weekly reports of where people are at with the required trainings.
