we use KnowBe4 as our training and phishing application. It provides our security awareness training, and also the phishing campaigns that test our user’s ability as our “human firewall.”

The PII and SOC compliance trainings are excellent coverage for any environment. Whether seasoned security veteran or entry-level customer service rep. The information is easy to ingest and understand.
Incredible. We were able to integrate with Okta swiftly and apply all of our push groups that isolate our users by department and get excellent metrics on who is doing what. It is an amazing benefit to be able to show to our executives how we are impacting the environment in a positive way and enriching our employees to be more security-minded in work and life.
The content we’ve selected compliments our organization and fits all of our needs. You even have the ability to upload your own training content to provide to your user base as well.
Pricing and better US-based support. It was tough reconnecting with the resource manager who was based in Ireland and was typically leaving work for the day when I was roughly starting. This made some difficulty in getting the tool prepped for the environment. Also the limitations of only being built for Azure/o365 complicated things because the environment wasn’t dependent on Azure/o365 at all as a Google+Okta shop.
