Qulture.Rocks has been used for formal feedbacks, 1:1 with our managers and for chart. Our feedbacks features that we're using goes around weekly reports about how was the employee week in term of "sentiments." Starts with mad (bad) and goes right at exciting (great).

The CareerBuilder is an excellent product that has been concerned with how the person pretends to evolve on a determinate company and at his whole life.
Qulture.Rocks has an another approach about this kind of evaluation of the person in the company. QR makes an excellent interaction with not only the employee but with the manager too, that generates another level of prediction and effects of evaluation.
