XOR AI Recruiter for Blue-Collar Workers in the US. XOR AI platform helps businesses hire blue-collar workers for $500 per hire. XOR will attract, pre-screen and then schedule the best candidates for the interview with the user's recruiter or hiring manager, using a wholly automated process.

Pros

  • Multitude of languages of the chatbots.
  • 24/7 reply and support from the chatbot.
  • The quality and the simplicity of the system.

Cons

  • Had to change how we interacted with current job search software, but we'll get used to it. That's the point.

Return on Investment

  • We used to convert about 1.8% of our candidates into employees, but with XOR automating our screening and scheduling, we have been able to increase that to closer to 10%.

Wonderful for prescreening of the candidates

Pros

  • The prescreening of the candidates
  • Very easy is to be used
  • Price is very affordable, and frankly is unbeatable on the market
  • Very simple and complex reporting

Cons

  • I will advise to make reporting more complex
  • No Pipedrive integration
  • Not a lot of demo's video, if having an issue to fix it independently, but is good that customer service is always available (I am not use to disturb them on every issue, but they like to help)

  • Save our teams time, instead going through all this applications and loosing time - they can concentrate on other tasks
  • The video conference, being able to reproduce virtually a meeting during g this tough times- first keep us safe, and also we realise that remotely we can hire from around the world
  • ROI Investment return is about 40% from hiring costs, and about 50-60 % from other departments (hiring someone from other country can be even cheaper, that dosnt mean they will not do the job at the higher standards)
