Overall Satisfaction with InsightSquared

InsightSquared is used by our sales department and company management to track overall sales performance, individual sales performance and assist in meeting our predefined sales targets. It provides visibility into our targets which is not afforded to us by Salesforce, through which the data is pulled. It provides a clear and easy way to assess the method of ranking the sales performance of individuals against each other.
  • Provides an at a glance look at sales health over a predefined period
  • Gives access to a dashboard tracking individual sales performance
  • Consolidates and cleanses sales data from Salesforce
  • Does not support data from desk.com for it's support tracking product
  • Doesn't leverage reminder data on missed deadlines from Salesforce to highlight sales health to its full potential
I'm unfamiliar with competitor products
InsightSquared has been hugely beneficial to us, and to me in particular as someone outside of our sales team to gain insight into how our sales team and company is performing and how our overall health is. They offer fantastic customer support and have a great community to assist in your implementation of the product.
If all of your data isn't consolidated in one place, this product is less appropriate. If your company or team structure isn't yet developed to the point where you have well defined sales targets based on historical data and accurate forecasting, many of the benefits of Insight Squared's data analysis could be lost on you. Ask yourself first if your sales team is at the point where you're ready to utilise data analytics to scale your sales effectively.
