Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Headset 700 Series

I use the Cisco 700 series wireless headset daily for my work meetings, professional development training sessions as well as with my own personal mobile device. The ease of use, comfort and long battery life make this device a great choice for someone looking to have a wireless headset that can transcend work usage as well as personal usage.

  • Good battery life.
  • Audio path sometimes get's interrupted when on a Webex on my pc and a call comes in on my mobile, where it will not switch back to the pc audio path after conclusion of the mobile/cell phone call.

Use it every day and enjoy the good audio quality it provides for both my professional and personal communications.

The Cisco headset is much more lightweight and more comfortable on the ears than my older Jabra Evolve wired headset.

Well suited for both business and personal use in an office or interior setting. Would not recommend using this device outdoors in inclement weather or in environments that may be too harsh on the device. It's a good all-around wireless headset but not really designed for demanding, dusty, dirty or manufacturing locations.
