Overall Satisfaction with Alora Home Health Software

Our agency uses Alora Home Health Software as EHR, EVV, Scheduler, billing/invoicing, and mileage tracker/payroll. We manage in house employees, as well as the skilled service IC workers. Prior to Alora Home Health Software, we had several software products, but with Alora Home Health Software we have consolidated to one software. Alora Home Health Software helps keep us compliant with Medicare billing and state regulations with EVV requirements. As the administrator of Alora Home Health Software, I learned it from the ground up and have my hands in all aspects of the program, overseeing the clinicians, billing, EHR, and provide reporting to the clinic administrator.

Overall Alora Home Health Software has been a great choice for us. They made the transition seamless with great support and the added video on demand was a great asset. The customer support continues to be great with friendly, patient, and the willingness to go above and beyond to fix the problem, as well as great communicators who answer emails, return calls, and generally want you to be happy and problem solved.
