Overall Satisfaction with ApptioOne

ApptioOne has provided our organization deeper insights into our periodic reviews of financials & better process and structure around forecasting and planning. As we continue to use the product, we hope to be able to determine the TCO of our IT services we provide to the business. Our original draw to ApptioOne was the software's capability to do a showback and chargeback to our internal customers.

We haven't fully leveraged ApptioOne automated functionality for importing data, but that's due to current restrictions of our own environment. The budgeting and forecasting capabilities in IT Planning took some time to get used to, but have proved to be invaluable and much more efficient than our manual process. ApptioOne out of the box reporting provided some great insights into our data but also has the capabilities to create custom reports that meet our own needs.

Every single contact we've had with ApptioOne has been incredibly pleasant & helpful. We recently signed up for ApptioOne Premier Support service and it has been worth every single penny. I wish we would have engaged the Premier Support service right from the start.

ApptioOne Support

Yes. We used ApptioOne for about 2 years and treated it mostly as a pet project. After wanting to get serious with the product, we determined we needed a little bit more support. We originally had contacted a couple external consulting firms, but ultimately decided to go with Premier. We wanted to continue to be the owners of our platform and configure the system ourselves.
Yes - Yes, any issues we've encountered have been resolved relatively quickly. We have also encountered some issues that needed to be escalated to engineering teams but were provided with options for a workaround in the meantime.
