we use ApptioOne to allocate the IT cost to all Business Units and keep the cost model up to date. It helps in budgeting and forecasting. The tool helps us in cost model based on divisions and projects as data is well integrated with aws tags.

we ingest lot of cost related data to apptioone mx for budgeting and forecasting. still there is lot of improvement area in reporting, we still have to use powerbi tools to make some reports.
