Overall Satisfaction with ApptioOne
Product supports IT planning, forecasting, and financial reviews.
- It helps align the spending and forces users to plan
- It gives an effective accounting of actual spending so we have an ability to reallocate funds more effectively
- It provides effective visibility to senior leadership
- Report development is difficult to master in my opinion due to the multiple options and wide range of data to draw on
- In my opinion, ApptioOne needs an IL6 Solution for Federal government DoD users
- In my opinion, ApptioOne needs to support a MS Project interface for the Target Process app
Data ingest is manual at this point using the upload option within Cost Transparency and the Expense display in IT Planning

- Reduced hours on a quarterly basis in preparation and presentation of financial review data

We have just begun a pilot effort with target process and are not able to rate our experience yet
Better and more well supported although the on-prem instance of Digital Fuel would have solved some security concerns.
