Overall Satisfaction with ApptioOne

We using ApptioOne for tracking our budget forecast and actuals. The tool also helps us for tracking and allocation of our vendor and labor spend within our organization. This helps with what our services cost and how we can send the costs out to our business units. With the transparency on how we created the cost it helps with discussion on how to best use our IT spend dollars.

We use the modeling in order to get the cost into our services. We are also able to use the built in forecasting to move the data from CT to ITP and back again that allows for use to review the how close we are to on our forecast to our actuals.

We have had wonderful support from our post sales team with helping out with any questions or issues the come up. Also with any new solutions or updates we have wonderful response from all sides of apptio from support to getting us access to any of the new beta functions within the different modules we use.

The way it is able to consolidated and model costs to be able to have a common language that helps facilitate discussions and understanding within IT, Finance , stakeholders and consumers. This allows to take out any issues there might be with miscommunication. It provides the information needed to have production discussions with everyone.
