We use Apricot across all of our programs to track clients, to chart services provided by our teams and programs and to provide accurate and efficient statistical outcomes and outputs for donors, stakeholders and granters. Apricot allows us to utilize one database to capture and input information so everything we need is in one place.

As a victim services provider, a large portion of what we do centers around our ability to accurately collect, parse and distribute data efficiently to pass on to our supporters. This requires a database which allows for flexibility in design and ongoing manipulation. Because Apricot is somewhat "fluid" in it's design, it has allowed us the specificity needed to create data collection forms and reports to accurately reflect the clients we serve and the services we provide.
As evidenced based practices and reporting become an ever increasing piece of the nonprofit landscape, the need for a software platform to assist us in navigating this process was vital. Apricot has not only provided us with this crucial element, it has given us the ability to compile specific data sets for the community and other local nonprofits.
