Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT

I use Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT for mostly inputting invoices on the payable side. It helps keep things neat and organized.
  • Neat & organized
  • Easy to use
  • Not a fan that it is web-based. It should have its own separate application to make it faster
  • It's slow at times
  • When the cursor is on amount and I scroll down, it changes the amount since I'm scrolling down and I can't stand that
  • Easiness
  • Reliability
  • Convenience
  • It's made data entry much easier
I've only used the old version of Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT. I honestly didn't mind it because it was also easy to use. The UI was just very outdated, but it got the job done.

It's well suited when I'm doing any invoices. It's convenient and easy to learn since everything is fairly self-explanatory. It is nice to have the feature where you can duplicate invoices. That saves a ton of time, and I appreciate that.
