Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT
As a user of Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT, I find the NXT portion to be mostly useless. We work mostly in the Database view vs. NXT. Sometimes the reports come out nicer in NXT vs the database; however, for what we use them for, the database works better and is a bit easier to find the reports you need. The only added feature in NXT vs. the database is the option to attach a PDF invoice to the invoice in AP. However, this is not something we currently utilize as there is no automatic upload available, and needs to be done manually. We pay out hundreds of invoices per month and just don't have the extra time to do this process manually. Would be great if they offered an import that automatically attached to the invoice.

We decided to go with Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT because we were also using Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT for tracking our donations.
