Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT
I use Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT for accounts payable to pay our vendors and accounts receivable to record our deposits. It helps to keep everything organized and keeps track which vendors have been paid.
- It allows me to see who I paid, when I paid them, and the amount that was paid.
- Allows me to merge vendors when I have duplicates
- Allows me to print multiple invoices on one check
- When I am adding new invoices, I will like to be able to see the full account number and account name.
- I would like to only see expense accounts when adding invoices and only see revenue accounts when adding deposits.
- I would like all of my report categories added to Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT.
- There are several error messages that need to be corrected. After I start filling in an invoice and then copy a previous invoice when I get to the end to save it gives an error message to only way to continue is to retype the date. That's a problem.
- There are several things that need to be fixed but I can't name them all.
- Sometimes you can't get into financial edge because the icons don't even show up.
- Being able to gather the kind of reports that are needed.
- Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT has costed us more than in the past.
- It has not always performed like we need it to perform.
