Overall Satisfaction with CCH® SureTax®
We use it to file & pay our monthly sales & use tax. The after-sales service was not that great. It is not easy to get answers. The product is unstable; at the beginning of the month, some states were ok, but something was missing, and manual entries were needed. Until now, we have never received the resolution. All in all, it is ok. I am the reconciler of the company.
- File & pay on time!
- The system is very detail into each municipality & such beyond my calculation.
- The problem that we're having with some states needs to be solved.
- The GSLR report can be easier to read.
