Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Aironet and Catalyst Access Points

They are being used across the organization to enable mobile workers' connectivity to the resources they require.
  • Enable mobility of users
  • Allow for multiple networks on different VLANS
  • Cost point for the APs
  • Describing ideal use locations in documentation
  • Allow for workers to work in remote office locations in common areas
  • Facilitate guest access
Cisco Aironet Access Points are far better and don't fail as often.
They enable mobile workers to perform their day to day tasks in offices however depending on the AP selected you can experience issues with these APs.
