Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Conductor is being used by our Marketing department to optimize content across all of our comms. I personally use it in my role as a copywriter to research topics so that I can keep engagement and visibility high. I also find it helpful as a research tool to come up with new ideas for content.

I haven't been using it long enough to say, and it is not my goal as a copywriter to track these things at this time.

Support Rating

When I needed support in setting up my account I was very quickly responded to and a training was set up. That one hour training was clear, concise and very relevant to my needs as a copywriter. I also feel like at any time in the future I could get the same level of help if I should need.

Likelihood to Recommend

As a copywriter who focuses on email, social, blog and paid media content I can confidently say that Conductor is perfectly suited to enhance and boost engagement. When searching for the best SEO optimized keywords I have found many different avenues to go down with the creative I put out.

I haven't been using it long enough to say overall. My use has been limited to the search topics to find keywords that benefit my copy. In the future I may use these other functions, but it is currently outside the scope of my responsibility. I'm sure they work fantastically well.
