Overall Satisfaction with COZYROC

I purchased the $1.2k COZYROC subscription and I regret it, I also paid them an extra 2.7K to configure EDI XML files. I think they used to be a great company and have a great product, but the people who cared and knew what they were doing have long since departed. I believe my money was taken and in my experience, I was treated horribly at every step of the process and was given XML files that don't work or product valid EDI files. There aren't many games in town when it comes to SSIS extensions like this, but COZYROC isn't the answer, look elsewhere.

It is my belief that it's not suitable for any situation; when the connector has an error you are just given a completely generic, non-specific error that doesn't help you determine what is wrong.

    Vendors beware. Do not open TrustRadius profile if you don't want your organization to be defamed without any recourse. Please read below. My name is Ivan Peev and I'm the CEO of COZYROC. COZYROC's EDI Source component has been on the market since 2008 and it has proven track record in business. The review posted by the customer is fraudulent and it has nothing to do with the product itself. The customer was abusive with every member of our team from the start. I knew the engagement was going to be problematic but I still decided to personally assist to make sure we have a positive relationship. Unfortunately, even that was not enough. We have spent more than 10 hours of consulting time, creating a configuration file. After we have delivered the configuration file, the customer started to behave erratically and refused to work with us in good faith. I have offered my own personal time to have a remote session with him and go over his questions, but he refused. At this point I have realized that particular customer will never be satisfied. I have made the decision to issue a full refund for the consulting time paid. We have lost both time and money. The customer claims he has lost $3.7k. That is not true. Now I have to post a warning to any other vendor who plans to have a profile on TrustRadius. Here is the chronology of our interaction with TrustRadius. 1. TrustRadius has been informed the review is fraudulent and we have asked them to remove it. However, they informed us they made the decision to keep the fraudulent and defaming review in place. That was shocking. 2. We have posted a comment under the fraudulent review, disclosing the identity of the person defaming us with his fraudulent review. When you are in the public square, it is only fair other people to know who is defaming us. TrustRadius immediately removed the comment. 3. After it became apparent our organization is unfairly damaged and defamed, we have asked TrustRadius to remove our profile from their system completely. Then the second shock came. TrustRadius have informed us they will not remove our profile from their system. Apparently, by signing up with the TrustRadius service, they claim COZYROC has forfeited all rights to the published information. It appears any disgruntled person can defame us on TrustRadius with impunity and no recourse. --- The entire experience was eye-opening. TrustRadius is not the trust-worthy service it claims to be. If other vendors are reading this comment, I encourage to NEVER signup for the service. TrustRadius will allow defamation and fraudulent information. We are no longer going to update our profile. In fact the next step will be to entirely rework our profile to direct our customers to post other more relevant services where the vendor's voice is heard.
