Overall Satisfaction with ElaBoard
Like a lot of tech companies, because of the pandemic, we all started working remote. Having a reliable online collaborative whiteboard has been crucial to our success during the last 2 years. ElaBoard is super easy to set up, configure, and use. My team uses this tool to collaborate - my personal favorite tools are the mind mapping tool, the sticky notes, and the drawing function. It really helps us to share ideas and it's a huge time saver!

- Switching from one whiteboard to another is fast and easy
- Lots of templates to choose from
- The mobile app is a bit tricky - the interface is really different
- Uploaded videos can be glitchy/take too long to load
- Team collaboration
- Visualizing an entire project or even a small idea in one place
- Templates help you quickly build from a foundation instead of starting from scratch
- Time savings - everyone can participate without being in the same place/meeting/timezone
- Deadlines are easier to meet when everyone can share ideas in one place without having to talk over each other
- Team morale is increased (which means retention has gone up) because everyone feels heard
- Less expensive than some of the larger mind mapping/whiteboard tools
We went with ElaBoard because of the pricepoint, but I have used several other similar tools, and I think it's pretty comparable.
