Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Eloqua

  • Lead scoring and lead nurturing: E10 does co-dynamic lead scoring exceptionally well. A ton of options and can have this up and running in a day. It also gives us the ability to execute multiple lead nurturing campaigns that has delivered substantial pipeline and revenue. Far easier for us to scale these out now with E10 !
  • Email subscription management.
  • Tight integration with Salesforce.com.
  • The sync between SFDC and Eloqua is slow and when adding the lead scoring program it delays from 15-75 minutes before updating the contact record and posting to SFDC.
  • Uploading lists is cumbersome compared with E9-multiple steps involved so takes longer than previously.
  • The training classes are long at 3 hours for each application focus, and the exam doesn’t match the sessions as tightly as one would expect.
  • 3:1 ROI in the last 12 months.
  • 7 figure pipeline and 6 figure closed won in last 9 months.
Marketo was on the short list, but selected Eloqua because of pricing and they earned our business.
