Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
We use HubSpot to develop inbound marketing for our company. We test calls to action and measure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. We have developed email templates that help us nurture contacts through the sales funnel. It has shown us where we need to spend our efforts and if our sales calls are bearing fruit.

Pros
- We can insert Calls to action on any page to our website easily.
- The free training that they provide in addition to the one-on-one is great.
- The personal support they provide is amazing. You can tell that they have taken a sincere interest in your business and are working to understand how your business works.
- We have used several calls to action that have been useful. With white papers and electronic tools we developed as the draw for the CTA.
Cons
- The functionality of the apps to make changes is not a full administration panel. I would like to see that improved.
- There are times when the search characteristics for a site visitor are not very specific. I am not sure if it is the program or just the ability to locate the ip address.
- We have a better idea of what marketing words will improve our SEO and where we can find them.
- We have been able to capture some customers through the emails and then see what pages they view the most allowing our sales people to have better conversations.
We have not looked at any other product like this. From the reading of the Mission Statement to the interactions with the employees I can not imagine any other product working better.

2 - We are a focused company with many people wearing multiple hats. While I have been the champion internally for HubSpot as the Director of Business Development we have our Director of Sales and Marketing making use of the tools as well.
1 - To support HubSpot you need some basic computer skills and an understanding of how to work with a team. While the actual development of the Calls to Action may be developed by one person it is best used when you have pulled in feedback from the marketing, sales and technical people that you will get the biggest return on your efforts.

Not being a marketing person I was most concerned with the usability of HubSpot. HubSpot is easy to learn and use. The folks three are extremely helpful and have been amazing. I can tell they are very interested in my success.
If I had to do this again I would have gone to HubSpot sooner. The time lost floundering was time that we could have been honing in on our market.

- E-mail blasts are very easy to develop.
- I have found developing workflows around campaigns to be straightforward and effective.
- I had a bit of trouble modifying our blog, however that turned out to be an issue on our side. Hubspot technical support was very helpful in resolving this issue.
Yes - The mobile interface works well for high level activities. To build a landing page or email blast you really need to have a larger screen to work effectively.
