Infusionsoft is currently being used across all employees and allows us to sort and filter through our members and develop email campaigns for specific individuals.
- Allows for incredible organization of members, vendors, and other individuals involved with the company
- Can easily create professional and appealing email and marketing campaigns
- Allows for proper storage of information regarding specific individuals, their documents, and communications with them
- Infusionsoft can be confusing at first glance and it takes time to become accustomed to all of its capabilities
- There is a limited number of custom fields you can add to an individual's profile on Infusionsoft which can lead to difficulty in recording some information
- The creation of email campaigns can be challenging if they become too complex, however, there are helpful tutorial videos within the site
- Originally using Salesforce, Infusionsoft has allowed for a much easier way to create email marketing templates and campaigns to reach our members
- Infusionsoft has an easy to view dashboard with all of your current lead and new member information readily available
- Infusionsoft has allowed us to improve our overall organization and communication with our members as we grow to a larger size than ever before
I have used Salesforce in the past which can be a great and powerful tool, especially for a smaller company, and seems to be easier to use at first. However, once you are able to grasp the capabilities of Infusionsoft, it is a much more powerful CRM with significantly superior functionality.
