Overall Satisfaction with Interbill

The attorneys and support staff use Interbill to enter billing entries for services as well as cost entries. We can track the history of billing for each case and email clients copies of bills. We can also keep track of billable hours by employees for payroll purposes. It is quite helpful for our firm.

  • Quick and easy to use, positively impacting time spent billing
  • Manages expense tracking so we don't lose out on those reimbursable expenses
I found Interbill easier to navigate and more intuitive than QuickBooks.
My office manager complains when she has to contact them because they aren't much help.
