Overall Satisfaction with Kemp LoadMaster
We are currently utilizing Kemp LoadMaster to load balance our web shops and internal tools and have integrated it with various third-party tools such as Azure DevOps, Redis, and Kubernetes. While invisible, it is being utilized to manage traffic across the entire organization. I've used competing load balancers previously and Kemp LoadMaster is the simplest, most efficient load balancer I have used in my 25 years in the tech industry. It allows SSL acceleration as well as a great way to load balance via VS or SUBVS options. The way I'm able to consolidate environments into groups such as demo environments, test environments, and production environments with an at a glance view is indispensable. The cost is the best price on the market, in my opinion, and the support team I have access to is excellent.

I've used F5, and the architecture of the F5 BIG-IP platform seemed a bit restrictive and less than ideal for my load balancing needs. F5 BIG-IP was much more complicated and integrated than Kemp LoadMaster. Configuring the Load Traffic Manager, Global Traffic Manager, Application Policy Manager, Application Security Manager, Advanced Firewall Manager, and Policy Enforcement manager as well as Carrier-Grade NAT took extremely large efforts. In comparison, Kemp LoadMaster was simple to configure.

Using Kemp LoadMaster
10 - Kemp LoadMaster is used by our web development and IT/infrastructure teams to manage multiple web shops as well as warehouse management systems.
10 - We utilize several Kemp LoadMaster throughout the organization. For my portion of the organization, about 10 people are managing Kemp LoadMaster with skills ranging from IT, infrastructure, development, R&D, and warehouse management.
