Usability

I think it is very easy to start with Lucidchart. No need any experience with diagramming.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

[Lucidchart] is being used by whole the organization and we use it do model UML diagrams (class, activity, sequence etc.). We use it both for presales, business analysis, HLD, LLD etc. We also use it to depict more complex scenarios when we need to clarify it to the customer.
