Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I think it is very easy to start with Lucidchart. No need any experience with diagramming.
[Lucidchart] is being used by whole the organization and we use it do model UML diagrams (class, activity, sequence etc.). We use it both for presales, business analysis, HLD, LLD etc. We also use it to depict more complex scenarios when we need to clarify it to the customer.

  • Resources - a lot of diagram types, integration google images etc.
  • Export to a lot of formats
  • Simple copy and paste to Google Docs
  • Import and export functionality without maintaining the folder structure
  • Versioning
  • Time savings
  • Productivity
  • Performance
I use it just with Google and didn't know it works also with Salesforce and GitHub but I'm going to try it!
They were very helpful but a bit slow in response...

I think [Lucidchart] is the best when you need to quickly design something. It is less useful if you need to version it and maintain in the repository.
