Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Lucidchart, from my first flowchart using Lucidchart, I found it very user friendly, the template is really from reality and very helpful. As RA and D&D Manager, Lucidchart helps to create a new version of our D&D process, and really I'm surprised by the features that it provides. So I'm really falling in love with it.

Lucidchart is a good tool for QA/RA Department, the solution is great to process flowcharts and laying out processes for our quality systems. Management is able to visually understand the process, and where we can improve. Also, our entire company's flow of processes between departments shows very simple and easy to understand.
