Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
We use it to market to warm leads and also to try and upsell high tier plans to our existing users. We also use it run targeted campaigns for leads from events and trade shows and partner organisations. It is also used to inform specific user groups about important changes and feature releases.

- Increased ARR for existing customers because of upsell.
Mailchimp is similar offering but ability to send transactional email from Brevo/sendinblue is definitely a step up. We have been with mail chimp for quite some time and mostly the familiarity of our users with Mailchimp is the reason for us to still use it. We will be comparing other similar products to see if we can get something with better value.
It has allowed to market to new and using users and also run bespoke campaigns. This has allowed us to increase our revenue. As we also use this to communicate with our customers, it has allowed us to increase user engagement. All in all, we think it has been an asset.
Most successful thing for us has been the ability to segment and target users and see what works and what doesn’t. It has taught us how to use segmentation to our advantage. Another key thing it has taught us is that you can get more revenue from existing users by just making sure that are across all the great features of higher tiers of the product.
