I am setting up an account management team for the organization. Microstrategy is at the heart of the system and has produced some great results so far.
- CAMERA is our major dashboard: Corporate Account Management Electronic Reporting Application
- It pulls data from multiple sources in the organization and helps monitor our SLA management.
- Reporting for masses the without going through a dedicated account!!
- Web reporting needs to be aligned with mobile reporting. One stop shop.
- I could cut costs on license procurement while producing better reporting to customers. I was able to prove to management to invest a small amount in reporting.
It's complete in its functionality.
