MYOB Payglobal is used as our payroll and HR system across the company. It integrates with our ERP system and our electronic timesheeting system as well as our competency system, which is accessible on mobile devices by all our field staff. By putting MYOB we future proofed the company whereby we can add departments and divisions and employees easily as well as having multiple companies.

It was a system that had more modules than just Payroll and HR which meant that going forward we could add modules without having to look at changing systems. The implementation of these module could be staggered as the business need arose.
