Overall Satisfaction with MYOB PayGlobal

MYOB Payglobal is used as our payroll and HR system across the company. It integrates with our ERP system and our electronic timesheeting system as well as our competency system, which is accessible on mobile devices by all our field staff. By putting MYOB we future proofed the company whereby we can add departments and divisions and employees easily as well as having multiple companies.

  • Easy to extract information
  • Well supported
  • There are multiple ways of setting employees up which don't always result in the information flowing through to all sections.
  • It is a large system and requires those using it to fully understand some of the back end
  • As our previous system was too small to cope with the growth that the business was undertaking implementing MYOB PayGlobal meant that we could have faith that our payroll system would pay people correctly and maintain the integrity of our employee information
  • It is easy to use
  • It is well supported
MYOB was well supported in New Zealand and came highly recommended by multiple sources. It was a system that had more modules than just Payroll and HR which meant that going forward we could add modules without having to look at changing systems. The implementation of these module could be staggered as the business need arose.

I am very likely to recommend MYOB Payglobal I would rate this as a 9. Having MYOB Payglobal has meant that our organization can expend and grow without having to consider if our systems will be able to handle increased numbers of employees, and companies. Also the WAP system allows us to change the structure if there is a structural change within the organization.
