I adore Nuvi
Overall Satisfaction with NUVI
While I was making the decision to join Smarsh, I made the requirement of getting Nuvi part of my employment package. In order to successfully implement a social strategy we needed a comprehensive social media listening tool. Nuvi was the best tool I have ever seen in this space. Their support is amazing. I really appreciate being able to reach out to my customer success manager and she has always been prompt and great at making my job easier!
Pros
- Social listening.
- Facebook user analytics through their Audiences tool.
Cons
- I would like the see the sentiment tool have learning capabilities.
- I wish the editing of dashboards would auto-update the others.
Marketing. Once we build a large enough demand, we can see adding customer support key holders.
We stopped using Hootsuite's listening in favor or Nuvi and compared them to Radian6/Social Studio and a couple of others. Nuvi's user interface was cleaner, and more intuitive and they were more set up to accomplish the tasks we asked of it.
