Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Eloqua

We have been using the Eloqua platform to drive the buyer path to purchase, to maximise opportunities for my organization and to make our customers’ businesses simpler, faster and flexible, working on both inbound and outbound activities, anything from one-off initiatives through to automated/triggered always-on campaigns.

Pros

  • Automating marketing campaigns
  • Designing customized campaign workflows
  • Integration with CRM

Cons

  • Some parts of the product still contain old and not user-friendly interfaces (getting improved)
  • Reports are difficult to set up in the beginning
  • The product is slow to load assets and pages
I don't see limits in scalability when using Eloqua.
  • Making our customers’ path to purchase, simple, effective and fast
  • Developing and optimising best in class marketing campaigns
More customization options on the design of the automated campaigns and integration with CRM.
Eloqua is great for large organizations that can support the implementation of this tool and its integration with your CRM.
