Overall Satisfaction with Scrile Connect

As a photographer who uses Instagram to share and promote my work, I have found myself extremely discouraged with the overbearing "community guidelines" of the site and its inconsistent enforcement of those guidelines when it comes to deleting posts (and even profiles) without warning. It's useless to appeal, because they don't even abide by their own policies. Scrile has given me the opportunity to create an alternative platform to allow me and the thousands of others who share my view to join together. We're now able to have a community where we can share our work without overstrict censorship, and more importantly, create moderation that truly manages and reviews content.

Cons

  • It's nothing that's their fault, really, but the difference in timezones makes it longer to deal with tech support issues.
  • We've already established a waiting list of 2,000+ creators/users by simply showing sneak peeks of the platform and its features.

The site itself looks great and is user-friendly. Plus, I like the fact we can develop new features, as needed.
The team is always friendly and super helpful.
Their support is awesome, and the platform itself looks and performs great. Can't think of any scenarios where it wouldn't be appropriate, other than it's not suited for those with small budgets. Not that it's expensive - it's more than reasonable, in fact - but for influencers looking to build their own platform/site, you can't do it on a shoestring budget.
