Overall Satisfaction with Scrile Connect

We use Scrile Connect for the main membership platform. Unlike other websites, Connect is coded with features to help members monetise their creations easily.

Scrile allows us to build a fully functional social media platform for a wide range of creators who are interested in earning revenue. With Scrile we don’t need to source a single developer and leverage years of experience with a simple package. Furthermore the platform is ready to use after a few hours of work (other than augment gateways).

Scrile Connect is very easy to learn and use out of the box. As previously mentioned, some expected basic features need to be added and/or paid for if you’re not already on the highest plan and you can’t expect 100% control over your design elements. Some parts of the admin area are not completely clear but are easy to understand once you raise a question with a member of support.
This is undoubtedly a 11 out of 10. The customer service is immaculate, very prompt (non urgent issues within 24hrs) and resolves questions and issues clearly. Best of all, they genuinely feel supportive of you and your ideas. I have a success manager, which I think is the case for all pro and enterprise customers on Scrile Connect and she has been outstanding to work with.
Scrile Connect is a great tool to set up membership websites with little no experience, time and money. As you nurture and grow your website you might need to invest more money into developing and implementing features with the Scrile Connect team.

Scrile Connect is well suited to budget projects where you need a tailored solution for an affordable price. If you get serious, you can certainly consider their enterprise plan which gives you full access to the offering.

Evaluating Scrile Connect and Competitors

When choosing a platform provider for my idea I saw a few different offers but most required a high commitment like buying a one time license for a large fee. Some of the providers didn’t look that safe either. I found Scrile Connect to be very trustworthy, I researched the company before taking up the pro plan which was discounted for the 1st month, which certainly helped me to make my decision - lowering my upfront commitment level very early on.
I was very careful to choose a provider as I knew there are some bad actors looking to capitalise on people wanting to start online businesses. I believe I followed the process correctly and wouldn’t change my decisions. I feel that I really did find a diamond in the rough in Scrile Connect and its virtually unlimited potential.

Yes - Scrile Connect’s interface adjusts to mobile very easily for me. Most of my admin logins are with my mobile and I only use desktop when editing pages that require me to drag and drop. The user interface of the website itself is designed to work on mobile phones as well, just like instagram or twitter would.
