Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

SharpSpring is being used by our entire (but small) organization. It helps us nurture leads we otherwise might not even be aware of. It gives us valuable information as far as from email to tracking to lead generation to social. All the aspects of the program talk to each other, too, so "integration" is seamless.

  • More of a learning curve than we anticipated, so that was an adjustment.
Excellent marketing automation, especially for the price. Training is good. Support is excellent. Social media component is still being codified.
