Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We use it for all project management, including all creative projects. It helps us keep track of all of the work required, and it alleviates work streams that are unrelated to key initiatives. If something is not in Wrike, then it shouldn't be worked on. It creates visibility and accountability. It is important that all users are trained and understand how to set up projects/folders/tasks and navigate to key projects. That has been the challenge for us is when users don't know what they don't know and find it challenging to find their tasks. But once they become familiar with how it works, they love it.

Pros

  • project management
  • timeline deliverables
  • clear history of events
  • easy to find changes/answers

Cons

  • dashboard usage
  • timeline management
  • how to use effectively
  • keeps all team members engaged and on track
  • keeps projects from slipping through the cracks
  • helps us plan resources across team members
I have not used AI within Wrike at this point, but I am interested in giving it a try soon
It has been a good centralized place for all of our projects and tasks, allowing us to resource plan, alleviate wasteful initiatives, keep a great history of projects. It allows different team members to collaborate on projects.
it is easier to use and understand.

Do you think Wrike delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Wrike's feature set?

Yes

Did Wrike live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Wrike go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Wrike again?

Yes

It is well suited for managing complex projects with a lot of deliverables as it creates great visibility. For reviewing graphic projects, I wish that it had a function where the reviewer can start to post edits, but hold them until they are done. Many times, reviewers are not done with their work and come back to it. However, graphic designers may think you're done and begin the edits, then repost. So it makes for a lot of back/forth that wastes time.
