Accenture People + Work Connect vs. Barefoot Student

Accenture People + Work Connect is a wonderful platform, no doubt, and is suitable when you are looking out for talent and hiring for open roles in the organizations and in specific regions. Accenture People + Work Connect helped us in identifying the right talent for the position in the region required. However, when compared to the other platforms for hiring there is a lot more that needs to be developed and updated.

It is very well suited for entry-level positions, or even part-time or PRN, where they can work around their school schedule. I think for any positions requiring specific experience, this is not going to be the best place to find those types of employees.

• The site is a little misleading when you sign up, as I didn't realize I can only post one free job per day.
• The resume database is not easy to filter down.

From my discussion with the management with regards to hiring and the portal used, I came to know that Google for Jobs was able to be considered earlier, but was rejected as there was lots of noise, multiple unwanted applications and the filtering process also took a while and wasted the time of the TA team.

Barefoot is not in the realm of Indeed or ZipRecruiter, but we have over 8,000 employees, many of whom are probably 18-25, so this targets that specific audience.
