If you have the need to get custom information/content out to employees in your organization, I highly recommend Axis Suite. Once it's up and running, the content management system is extremely easy to use--even for those who aren't good with technology. It might be less appropriate if you are a super small organization because of the price tag. Alternatives Considered	AxisRooms Travel Distribution Solutions In full transparency, I did not select Axis Suite. The service was selected by my boss. I inherited content management after she left and I moved into her role. Recently, I successfully pushed for a major software upgrade on the platform. I did this because I was pleased with Axis Suite and I felt like upgrading the content management system and look and feel of the digital signage was in my organization's best interest.
