Clutch is well suited to a new company that is not very established. The site provides you with a way to be seen, a trusted backlink and a bit of traffic to your site. I think Clutch works well for larger companies who provide a very clear service, but not so well for more creative or custom companies.

PeerSpot is well suited for organizations looking to get in-depth reviews from their customers/users. The phone interviews are a great way for the interviewer to dig deeper and pull more info than the reviewer may post on their own.

Gartner Peer Insights is extremely complicated and frustrating to set up and maintain a product page. Requiring every change to be validated is time-consuming and often feels like a black box where requests gets denied, even when backed up with evidence.
