We use PeerSpot to help with our Voice of the Customer projects by acquiring user reviews. These reviews then get turned into marketing and sales enablement content on our website, emails, and social media posts.

PeerSpot is well suited for organizations looking to get in-depth reviews from their customers/users. The phone interviews are a great way for the interviewer to dig deeper and pull more info than the reviewer may post on their own.
