This has been going on for 3 months and there has been no resolution. It would be nice to be able to filter who is receiving a survey so patients do not get them every time they have a visit. If I can not open, view, and publish surveys when we receive them then part of the software is not working. They don't mind charging me every month for a service that is not functioning correctly. I would say Demand Force was a better product, however, for the price, Kareo is a great option if the engineers could work the bugs out.
