[Catalyst, by EBM Software] is well suited to track invoices from vendors to get them paid on time to avoid late fees. [Catalyst, by EBM Software] is less appropriate when paying vendor because that is not a function they currently have. If the system was an all in one system that could track and pay your invoices it would be an amazing software.
It is best suited for planning if backend BW which is used as a data provider but not suitable if you don't have any ETL tool to perform data transformation according to the business requirement for planning as SAC is not capable of data transformation like Embedded BPC/Standard BPC which inherently uses ABAP stack of BW to perform data transformation
Customization: While SAC does offer a range of customization options, some users have reported that it can be difficult to fully customize certain aspects of the platform to meet their specific needs. Improving customization options could be an area for improvement.

SAP Analytical Cloud is providing all the features that I can do reports in an interactive way along with Predictive analysis. The latest updates from SAP also helps to fulfill the market needs in reporting.
In general, having SAP tools adds fundamental value to our work. Now, the integration of SAP Analytics Cloud is one of the best things we have ever had. The resolution of problems, the predictive analysis, and its automated tools have helped to a large extent. Our work is getting better and better, allowing us to offer our clients quality information in a transparent manner.
The support for Catalyst is great and they are usually within the 48 hour response time. There could be a little quicker upload time for invoices that are submitted. They usually show up until the next day on the system and sometimes gives us a stress on time. Overall, the support is quite good
Since the implementation stage, the support team has been very helpful and assisting. Even in the later stages, the tech team had quite a rapid response. In general, SAP has provided us with great customer support, let it be for a specific product of SAP or for integration of different modules.
SAC is a simple solution ad it works fine when connecting it to other SAP tools. On the other hand, connecting it to third party solutions brings difficulties when there's no previous design and the objetives are not clear. It is really important to integrate Business users from the start to provide with valuable business insights
[Catalyst, by EBM Software] is a very easy system to use and is very user friendly. It gives you different ways of researching an invoice and not just one. Catalyst also helps to allow us to research an invoice within seconds and eliminates a lengthy and confusing process. It is a great software for first time users to learn quickly and efficiently.
Service Now governance risk and compliance suite, ServiceNow vulnerability management suite, or Other vulnerability management tools like Qualys, InsightSecCloud, or Tenable have specific cases to create and evaluate, but what we want is to change every day with vulnerability and product because some vulnerabilities really impact us and some are like nothing so dealing it with great analytics are good to have.
Catalyst is better than pencil and paper data analysis. But the app can be very frustrating when it's not working the way it did last week.
The GUI is very simple. Sometimes too simple, like there is no way to go back in and edit SOAP note options.
New feature roll-outs are mandatory. I understand that no one would opt in to being the guinea pig, but it would be nice if you weren't the first user to try it.
The integration with billing software has streamlined the billing notes and saved us money over having two separate systems.
