It is well-suited where you have access to manage your business's own domain settings. It is well-suited to medical professionals requiring send/receive email encryption of PHI/PII in compliance with HIPAA. It is less well-suited to solo users than group users, due to Paubox's requirement to buy licenses in sets of 3 (requiring you to pay $120x3=$360 yearly for 3 licenses, even if you only need 1 license).

• Only drawback was the actual setup in Outlook was a little tricky. I called support and they made it easy.

Most of the clients are also very intelligent since they refer Gartner and other reports for statistical data. They do their homework well in advance hence we have to make sure we know the product well
