GetAccept has shown great progress in the digital electronic signature market, we have had almost no problems since adopting it, although at some point we thought about stopping using the GetAccept server. It is very practical for both the client and the advisor using it. It has a very intuitive interface and the management is amazing.

It is well suited for reaching prospects across a vast array of industries; lead generation, planning for meetings (let's me know who might be attending from the client side and allows me to view their LinkedIn account ahead of time. I wouldn't use it for B2C sales or inexperienced sales support people. One still needs to determine which contacts to download.

UpLead is well suited for environments where there is a lot of accurate contact information to research mainly generating sales for a business. On the other hand, businesses that don't require searching up a huge amount of contact data and that doesn't add up to the sales of a business do not need to use this software.

  • Some operations are not fully automated. For example, there are no templates available to create a contract proposal.

  • Ability to search contacts and companies by actual street and physical address is not there yet. This is extremely helpful when trying to strategically work a particular neighborhood where you're trying to build up your own individual name and brand recognition. It's also a way of keeping others in the sales force from stepping on the toes or duplicating efforts of another sales rep.

  • More data on small and start-up companies, but this situation is understandable.
  • Collecting a long list of contacts, especially of overseas companies, can sometimes take a while as UpLead is verifying the data. But the wait is typically understandable and worth it.
  • Sometimes I struggle with translating job functions in a foreign language, but this is easy to overcome.

I would rate Lead411’s overall usability a 9 out of 10. The platform is intuitive, easy to navigate, and provides quick access to accurate data. Features like advanced search filters and integrations make it seamless for sales teams. Minor improvements could be made in global data coverage, but overall, it’s highly efficient and user-friendly.

The tool is robust, it's powerful, it's accurate, and it's extremely helpful and pivotal in my current banking sales role. I could not succeed without UpLead's accurate data and contact information. The Customer Support team was responsive. I typically submitted questions while I was using the app and via the web. The FAQ support base was alright. I cannot recall a time when I used that as opposed to connecting with a rep. I believe all communication was via email. Dalius was great at soliciting feedback. I particularly valued him offering support for best practices as it related to more strategic ways to use GetAccept.

It has the maximum features as compared to its competitors which are a quite useful and enhanced program that enables in order to do the CRM easy. ZoomInfo certainly is class when it comes to its capabilities. That said, if you're in a heavy outbound role and you just want to get down to the nitty gritty Lead411 is a cost effective measure to get you the information you need to be as successful as you can possibly be.

UpLead costs a bit more, but I found the data on UpLead to be well worth it in comparison and it was easier to transfer to our CRM (HubSpot). I like how they also provide useful API integration into UpLead and I hope they begin to offer more automation in the future.

  • I haven't been using UpLead long but I have generated interest in our company with several large accounts. Each one of them can add several million in revenue to our company.
  • A huge time saver is to be able to send out email blasts to potential clients I've downloaded from UpLead.
  • Securing any one of the prospects I'm working on through UpLead can easily pay for the investment 10 times over.
  • Most of the salespeople in our company are asking me where I'm getting my leads from.
