Likelihood to Recommend GTZ is a simple platform that is easy to use and walks you through the shipment process. If I need to find a rate for a shipment I can find an answer in minutes and I can set up shipments right away or future orders ahead of time.
Read full review I recommend it for those who are maybe 1-2 employees in their business--in other words, people just starting online with their business. It's priced right, so you can still make money with few sales. Plus, the ongoing support really helps you understand how to navigate the platform. It probably wouldn't be as great for someone who has thousands of people taking a course or someone who can afford a platform like Kajabi, where you can have everything right there. Because it doesn't host everything you need, it is for the frugally minded or smaller clientele biz owner.
Read full review Pros Great customer service. Ease of use. Competitive pricing. Plenty of options. Read full review They have great customer support. They are priced in a reasonable way for even small business owners. You can display all of your products on one page. They have weekly support through Zoom meetings. Read full review Cons The need to track carriers that are inbound. Notification of delays in pickup. Quicker processing of billing. Read full review I do wish you could host video right on the platform. You can't now but have to use other video sites. I wish you could tailor the domain to reflect back to a page on your website. I like the marketplace page but wish you could design it a little bit differently. It's hard for people to cancel a subscription on their own. Read full review Support Rating My representative is available to answer my questions and if she is not available there is someone at the call center that can help me right away. I have never had a problem reaching a representative to take care of my needs.

Teachable and
Kajabi are much higher priced. I feel like the look of
Teachable is no better than MemberVault, and so I wouldn't want to pay more for that platform.
Kajabi is much more aesthetically pleasing in how it looks and all you can do, but the price is at least 3-4 times more per month. I also wanted a platform that would let me have few people, and they let me start on a free plan initially. The others did not.
Read full review Return on Investment Cost savings have helped the bottom line. Having the ability to set up shipments avoids delays in getting freight out. The ability to speak with a rep who takes care of problems satisfies the customers' needs. Read full review Since starting with MemberVault 4 years ago, I went from 0 customers to 850 clients, with about 220 paying customers. I've grown my mailing list by about 1000 by using this platform. I wish they worked with all email providers because I have to pay more for Zapier. This hurts my sales profit. Their plan to grandfather us into the price we originally paid helps me save money each year as I add more products. Read full review ScreenShots
